Enhance your retreat experience by refraining from alcohol and animal products the night before, ensuring your energy remains pure and focused. Start your morning with calmness by avoiding caffeine and opting for a light vegan meal. Stay refreshed by hydrating with plenty of water throughout the morning. Your commitment to these practices will contribute to a harmonious and centered experience.

WHAT TO WEAR

Comfortable clothing appropriate for light movements and a seated lotus position. Something to celebrate your divine sensual energy paying attention to the color of the choice of your clothing that makes you feel happy, confident and focused.
