THE CRYSTAL HEALING MEDITATION and ART CREATION

Hello beautiful souls 

Come join an intimate group of gathering to paint and play with watercolours navigated by Yuko, an internationally acclaimed lightcode artist channel and a shaman soul healer.

💫 This is a weekly gathering with an intention to simply enjoy unwinding and diving into the fun of creation and the joy of relaxation through an intuitively guided healing crystal meditation (10-11 am)  followed by the main focus of making art with likely minded spirits (11:11-1:11).

We will be making a mandala art based with a sacred geometry or a free style art and playing with colours allowing yourself to open up to your inner expansive creativity and imagination. 

I want to create a comfortable and soothing space where we can develop a sense of belonging and support one another through a  community experience by sharing the space for healing and our creative gifts and time together in the  intimate setting. 

You can create a new work every week or focus on an ambitious work over the course of a few weeks or an entire month. It is up to you. Listen to your heart and be curious and free to try it and see what unfolds. 

Making art will gently guide you to enjoy the path of the unknown and unblock the energy flow of your intuitive curiosity and inner guidance with confidence. 

What is included:

Spiritual practice

🌸Spiritual practice to connect to our body and relax before every single class.
🌸Theme will be given for the each class for the deeper connection. 
🌸High quality healing crystals, sound bowl healing, guided meditation, movements, breathwork, chanting, shamanic meditation, singing experiences over the course of time. 

Creative practice

🌸Demonstration at the beginning of each class as well as upon request during the class. 
🌸Intuitive feedbacks and guidance with an artistic thinking process.
🌸All high quality art materials included. (*One sheet of artist paper provided.)

POLICY

-Please arrive 5-10  minutes before the class but not earlier. 
-If you miss a class that you signed up for, it is not refunded unless you give a 24 hours notice. If the class is cancelled, a new class will be rescheduled. 
-Please bring your own yoga mat for each class. 
-*If you want to paint more than one art  in one class, you may purchase an additional sheet of paper during the class, or you are welcome to bring your own sketch pad depending on your creative style.
