✨No coffee, anything with caffeine  in the morning.

✨No plant medicine the day before and on the day of the session and after 3 days of the session.

✨No animal products taken in your body from the day before -stay vegan until the session day ends and 1 more days after the session if possible.  No dairy. No cheese. Honey is ok.

✨Drink plenty of clean water and good quality living water.(herbal tea, fresh juice, coconuts water, filtered water.)

✨Plan your day ahead so you have a complete integration quiet time for you on the day of the session and the next day.

✨ Digital detox (no social media and texting)  on the day of the session and the next day. No party, socialization or a phone conversation. Stay with your whole self and take care of yourself.
