I attended a morning session with Yuko this summer. I’ve tried different energy modalities in the last year and for some reason crystals were not a priority. I actually avoided the experience in the past thinking it can be easily misused. I went into the session without expectations and felt Yuko’s energy and her work with crystals right away while she was preparing us for the session. The cleansing portion of it felt pretty amazing!
I enjoyed the somatic portion of the session, which definitely prepared me to be open to receive during meditation and work with chakras.It was the first time I felt my crown chakra opening up, not only visually, but energetically speaking as well. The energy flow went all the way to the root chakra - my body was intuitively working blockages and emotions along the way. It all wrapped up with an intimate art session (processing time for me) and circle time reflecting on our personal experiences. Working with Yuko and trusting this modality will open up your energy field and allow your inner self to feel and flow.
